For the first call for projects, 31 letters of intent were submitted and 12 final projects were reviewed by an international jury.
The eight winning projects in this call are mainly focused on the program's second research area, which aims to develop knowledge of the subsurface, assess existing potential, and develop new technologies.
A second call will be launched in early 2026.
